Are children allowed in the boutique?

For as much as we love kiddos, our bridal boutique is NOT child-proof due to loose

pins, beads, breakable items, and other hazards and we do not want to see your

children get hurt.  This is an adults-only appointment and children are not permitted

in our bridal gown areas as we are not responsible for their safety.

Do you have private parking?

Yes, we have a reserved parking space for our brides to use during their appointment right in front of our boutique. 

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown?

It's best to order your gown 6-12 months before your wedding to allow the dress to come in and also set time aside for alterations. 

What is a special-order gown?

A special-order gown is made specifically for you by our designers, based on the measurements we take.  A designer will then use their pattern that is closest to your body measurements to create your gown. You then take your gown with a seamstress to measure and fit it perfectly for your body.

 

How do I pay for my gown?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

We do not accept cash or checks. 

If you are ordering a new gown or accesories we require a 50% deposit at the time of order.  

When the gown arrives at Bride Studio and passes our quality gown inspection, we’ll contact you to schedule a pick-up date, at that point, we require payment of the remaining 50% balance. 

If you are buying a sample gown or accessory piece off-the-rack, we require 100% payment.

If you’ve requested that we ship your gown out of state, your balance + shipping must be paid for in full before it can be shipped. 

What is a trunk show?

A trunk show is a special event at our boutique, usually 1-3 days long where you can view, try on and buy from a designer’s latest collection months before they arrive at bridal salons across the country. 

If you find THE dress at a trunk show, be prepared to make a decision that day, as the gown will not be in the store once the trunk show is over!

Are alterations done in-house?

Alterations are to be expected most of the time! 

Although, we do not provide in-house alterations, we have a list of alteration professionals to provide our brides.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns and/or refunds for any reason; this includes the deposit made at the time of your agreement if a bride decides not to pursue the dress any longer, wedding, and/or dissolve the contract due to our gowns being special orders specifically for you. 

Do you carry flower-girl, bridesmaid or mother-of-the-bride dresses?

No, we do not carry flower-girl, bridesmaid or mother of the bride dresses in order to give our brides all of our attention. 

Do you allow champagne at your boutique?

We do NOT allow any food or drinks in our beautiful showroom to protect our gowns​.

The great part of being located right in the heart of one of the biggest entertainment districts in Phoenix is that our brides like to celebrate after saying "yes to the dress" in one of the many restaurants and/or bars around us! We would be happy to make recommendations!

I'm in a time crunch and my wedding is in less than four months, can I still buy a wedding dress at your boutique?

Yes! If you are in a time crunch you can shop our sample sale rack and buy your dress the same day of your appointment!

These are wedding dresses that we had on our floor for brides to try on and are now being sold off-the-rack because they have either been discontinued by the designer or because we are clearing way for new gowns coming in. The amazing part about these gowns is that they are just as fabulous and modern as the rest of our selection and most are discounted up to 75% off retail price. The gowns in this section are always moving and do not last long, if you find the one in this rack, be ready to take it home with you the same day! Keep in mind, sizes, colors and styles may vary.

 

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required. We like to give our brides the attention they deserve to guarantee time with an experienced bridal consultant and a showroom area reserved just for you and your party. Yes...pretty exclusive!

What is the price range of your gowns?

The majority of our gowns range between $1,500 - $2,000. 

What size gowns are available for me to try on?

Our sample sizes range from bridal sizes 6-12 so we can accommodate to as many brides as we can. 

***Remember, our gowns are labeled in 'bridal size', which typically runs 2-3 sizes smaller than 'street size' and sometimes more. Additionally, all of our designers use their own size charts, so your size may be different across different designers.***

 

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring pictures of dresses you’ve seen on our social media and/or website!

You are more than welcome to bring the undergarments, shoes and a few accessories you want to wear on your big day to get the best idea of fitting but they are not necessary! Also, bring an open mind: don’t be surprised if you find THE dress on your first visit to Bride Studio - it happens all the time!

 

Who should I bring to my appointment?

Bring your faves! You know what family members and/or friends’ opinion is valuable to you. Decisive and positive guests will make your experience the best possible. Someone who knows you well and  whom is just as excited to be part of this sweet shopping gown experience with you.
